COURT MONITOR

FlyOver Fun Park is seeking an experienced and energetic individual as a court monitor.

This role requires you to work within the business interacting with children and redirecting play to encourage a safe and happy play place for kids.

Applicants MUST have reliable transportation and be available to work at least one Monday thru Thursday shift and two weekend shifts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Friendly and high energy individual
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
  • AED/CPR/First Aid Certification a plus

Some responsibilities includes:

  • Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
  • Enforcing Park Policies & Attraction Rules as listed in the guidelines
  • Some Janitorial & Cleaning Duties
  • Communicate and enforce all park regulations and jumping rules in a personable and professional manner.
  • Record equipment inspections
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to provide excellent customer service
  • Resolve questions and concerns independently

EVENTS SUPERVISOR

FlyOver Fun Park is seeking an experienced and energetic individual as an events supervisor. 

This role requires you to work within the business interacting with children and redirecting play to encourage kids’ safe and happy play. The Party Host will always remain enthusiastic and energetic.

Applicants MUST have reliable transportation and be available to work at least one Monday thru Thursday shift and two-weekend shifts.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
  • AED/CPR/First Aid Certification a plus

 

Some responsibilities includes:

  • Coordinate and organize all park parties/events. Provide over the top customer service to all party guests. Ensure all party rooms are set up, maintained during the party and cleaned for the next party. Make all guests, but especially the guest of honor and parents, feel like the happiest people in the park!
  • Inventory management: Wristbands, socks, T-shirts, cleaning supplies, and party supplies should be accounted for weekly to ensure that stock levels are adequate for the expected park traffic.
  • Ensure that they have reviewed the proper paperwork for all parties they are hosting before the event.
  • Answer incoming customer inquiries about parties and events
  • Inspect all party rooms to ensure they are spotless, and tables are set up and ready to go for attendees
  • Present the cupcakes/cake with lit candles and sing.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Enthusiastic: Shows intense and eager enjoyment and interest

GENERAL MANAGER

Company Summary:

FlyOver Fun Park is an indoor park designed to create a fun-filled experience for families and their children. The facility will have an indoor trampoline, arcades, five private party rooms, and some inflatables.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified in first aid and CPR required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving, decision making, conflict management, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Required to work nights/weekends and some major holidays.
  • Associates degree and at least 1-years management experience or a High School diploma with 2-4 years management experience.

Some responsibilities of the General Manager include:

  • Manage all operations of the park to maintain safety and profitability and carries out operations to meet strategic and financial goals established by owners
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Oversees the cash management, payroll, scheduling, successfully implements general HR policies
  • Handle customer service issues with discretion and professionalism.
  • Advocate safety and satisfaction for both employees and guests.
  • Manage, train, and educate all employees at the park. Ensure all staff members know all products, procedures, and services to date (promotions, events, etc.).
  • Devote time to the growth and promotion of all team members by continuing training and increased responsibilities.
  • Oversees Book birthday parties, corporate events, etc. Coordinate with employees to complete and carry out the party or event.
  • Demonstrate the ability to navigate a P&L and work to optimize profits and margins

FLOOR SUPERVISOR

FlyOver Fun Park is seeking an experienced and energetic individual as a Floor Supervisor.

This role requires you to work within the business interacting with children and redirecting play to encourage kids’ safe and happy play. This role is responsible for the Court Monitors and directs and coordinates the park’s maintenance, inventory, and cleaning procedures.

Applicants MUST have reliable transportation and be available to work at least one Monday thru Thursday shift and two-weekend shifts.

 Some responsibilities of the Floor Supervisor include:

  • Manages cleaning and maintenance of park including daily weekly and after-hours cleaning plus upkeep and repair of park and attractions
  • Manages inventory of parts and cleaning supplies and coordinates all maintenance of equipment’s
  • Completes daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checklists should be completed by a designated team member who is knowledgeable regarding each of the park’s attractions. These tasks will be monitored to ensure that all checks are completed in a thorough, timely manner.
  • Interacts with upset customers appropriately to resolve any issues onsite. If a problem cannot be resolved onsite, floor supervisor can then provide customers with non-personal contact information to reach General Manager.
  • Provides or performs other services or duties as required by General Manager
  • Establish control in challenging situations and emergency management
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
  • Assists supervised staff in their job performance during peak activity periods or as required
