Not at all! General admission guests have the option to walk-in, as well as a book-ahead option to guarantee your spot!

No, you can’t do that. Money validates registration. You can only be issued a ticket when you have made payment.

All of our reservations are non-refundable. For group event bookings, the date may be rescheduled with a five-day notice, but no money can be returned.

The tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. The ticket is issued to the person signing the waiver, binding your profile to the ticket. Tickets are exclusively for the person to which it was assigned.

You should come with a printed version of your ticket. But if this is impossible, kindly come with the order number on your card or show the cashier your email confirmation. The cashier will look it up in our system and let you in.

We don’t do group tickets.

The host of the event should arrive 15-30 minutes before the event. Make sure the guests arrive at the scheduled time so they can get the full experience.

The host of the event is expected to be there an hour before to make sure things are going as planned. Other guests can arrive later although its best they arrive at the scheduled time so they can get the full experience.

children of all ages!

Yes, parents or guardians must be with their children while jumping. This is to ensure that playing safely and within the provided guidelines. We have employee(s) on standby as a precautionary measure.

We need to find the weight limits for the equipment and insert them here. 

A child with a cast will not be allowed on the trampoline. While jumping is fun, motion-limiting devices such as casts, braces, slings, splints, and crutches are not safe for play.

General Questions

There is no dress code for playing at Flyover. Your child should be dressed as comfortably as possible. Wear comfortable outfits such as shorts, sweats, and t-shirts—no sharp objects such as belt buckles or clothing studs. Shoes and jewelry are not permitted on trampolines.

For group event bookings, you can have additional jumpers, but booking for the extra must be made 48 hours before the scheduled date so that necessary arrangements can be made.

Bringing outside food and beverage is prohibited at Fly Over Park. If you are hungry, we have a food stand in our park where you can get something delicious. For your group events and facility rentals, your book for your food with our indoor catering service company.

Yes, the person must have a valid I.D. and a means of connection with your child.

Yes, you must sign a waiver before your child will be allowed to jump. You should fill out the waiver form online prior to your arrival. Your dependent will not be permitted to purchase a ticket or jump if you have not signed the waiver. Make sure to read the waiver thoroughly before signing for any concerns.

Your waiver will be good for one year after signing!
